In addition to the Say Cheez pasta dish, I also tried the Taco Pasta dish. This pasta dish is also vegan and gluten free. The pasta itself is made of brown rice and hemp seed, and is very tasty and holds together very well.
The spice combination in this dish tastes very Mexican! It is a bit spicy though. I added organic corn and black beans to this dish to create a more substantial meal. My husband said it was the best meal he had eaten all week. Here it is prepared:
