Cashew Cheese Substitute Recipe- Vegan and Dairy Free!


This is a very tasty cheese substitute recipe. I used it to make vegan lasagna. I think it would be pretty good on pasta, too. To make this recipe you will need:
  • 1 1/2 cups of cashew, soaked
  • 3 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt to taste
Simply put all of the ingredients into a blender, such as the Ninja, and blend until smooth and creamy.
