This sauce is sooo good on simple, homemade vegan ice cream. (Get the ice cream recipe here.)
I am giving the recipe and pics to make it chocolate, but you can just as easily add vanilla flavoring, cinnamon, or mint. The sky is the limit as far as flavors go really.
You will need:
1/2 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons agave nectar

Once you start stirring, it will conglomerate into a ball and look like it isn't going to mix. At that point, stir on and in less than a minute you will be rewarded with this:
