Trader Joe's Vegetable Masala Burger Product Review

When I first became a vegetarian, I wasn't a big fan of veggie burgers because I didn't want anything that was like meat. As time went on, I no longer associated veggie burgers with real burgers. They are truly tasty sandwich choices in their own right.

I have tried lots of veggie burgers. My fav. to make so far is this homemade black bean burger recipe. After trying a few veggie burgers I have declared Trader Joe's Veggie Masala burger my absolute favorite.

First of all, buying the Trader Joe's brand is an assurance that the ingredients are non GMO. Secondly, the price is reasonable.

There are four burgers per box. These veggie burgers contain potatoes, canola oil, carrots, green beans, water, bread crumbs, bell peppers, onions, corn, salt, green peppers, sugar, ginger, cellulose gum, spices, citric acid, turmeric, and mustard seeds. They contain no soy, wheat gluton, or mushrooms, hydrogenated oils, or msg- which some people are allergic to or avoid. Also, they are vegan. And they are yummy!

Each burger is 120 calories and contains 8 grams of fat, 2 grams of protein, and less than 1 gram of sugar.

The next time you are shopping at Trader Joe's, pick some up. And leave a comment below to let me know how you like them! :o)
God bless!
