Super yummy parmesan cheese substitute. Perfect to go on spaghetti, pesto, or any recipe you want to add a little cheesiness to! :)
Blend the following in a blender:
- 1/2 cup raw organic walnuts
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp himalayan salt
- * you can add your favorite spice to customize it such as cayenne pepper, etc.
