The Citrus Soy Marinade by A Perfect Pear is a taste delight! Made primarily with tamari and citrus, it is a pleasant break from plain soy sauce. The taste is light and almost addicting. So far I have eaten it with snaps and fennel. I am wondering what to try it on next... maybe mushrooms... we'll see.
