These soft tacos are really good and satisfying when you want Mexican food. They don't take very long to make. The longest part of preparation is making the beans from scratch. Canned beans will do though if you are in a pinch. For this recipe you will need:
Simply spoon your refried bean mixture into a soft taco shell.
Add desired toppings.
Enjoy! :)
Until next time.... God bless!

It tastes better if before u add in the beans mix them in a bowl with hot sauce and if u desire sour cream(only a little bit). Also i prefer adding in black olives along with the toppings.
To me, these are perfecto, but I understand that some pple like their food hot! :) Hot sauce certainly is healthy for you! And, if you are not going vegan w/ the recipe, I agree that sour cream does sound tasty. However, the guacamole gives the same effect to the overall taste if you want the whole dish vegan.
