Anytime I don't cook from scratch and we get a frozen meal, this is what I want (at least lately! :). It is soo good. The dish consists of brown rice with tofu and veggies (green beans, mushrooms, carrots, water chestnuts, and bell peppers) and a delectable sweet Terriyaki Sauce.
The amount that is given is enough to fill one bowl, as you can see above. However, it is quite filling. There are no trans fats, no added msg, and no preservatives. Also, it is non GMO- very important. The entire bowl is 290 calories and 4.5 grams of fat. It also provides 12 grams of protein, 50% of the daily allowance of vitamin A, 40% of the daily allowance of vitamin C, and 100% of the daily allowance of YUM! :)
