Some days you just want something raw and you just want something simple. This is the answer for those times. This is extremely flavorful and extremely satisfying. Some of my favorite veggies to use are:
- brocolli
- cauliflower
- baby spring lettuce
- spinach
- tomatoes
- cucumbers
- onion
- avocado
- cabbage
- carrot
- & sunflower seeds to top
- All of these raw veggies should be cut into small, bite size pieces and tossed together.
- Then, add sunflower seeds.
- Next, scoop into flatbread or a leaf if you are going totally raw.
- Drizzle with some yummy homemade dressing, such as Asian, Honey Mustard, French, or Citrus Vinaigrette.
- Roll up, and Enjoy! :)
