This recipe is very tasty and nutritious. It is good for breakfast, a snack, or even for dessert. It's pretty simple to make. All you need for this recipe is:
- 1/2 cup of raw cashews, soaked overnight
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, or milk of your choice
- @ 4 frozen strawberries
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar
Having the strawberries frozen really lends a nice chill to this recipe. I put all of the ingredients in my
Ninja and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You can make adjust the recipe and make it thin or thick. Here are some photos of it both ways. Yum! :)
