Strawberry Fruit Syrup Recipe for Pancakes

Hubby and I had a nice pancake lunch today, which included this syrup. I wanted something yummy, healthy, and sweet that wouldn't have too much of an effect on blood sugar- so I came up with this yummy recipe. You will need:

  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries (or your favorite fruit!:)
  • 1/2 cup water (add a little more as needed)
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
After a spin in the Ninja, the syrup came out yummy and ready to eat with pancakes!
