This is a very tasty cheese substitute recipe. I used it to make vegan lasagna. I think it would be pretty good on pasta, too. To make this recipe you will need:
- 1 1/2 cups of cashew, soaked
- 3 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt to taste
